People has been playing games with shuttlecocks for millennia. In the mid 19th century, the British create a game Badminton. Many of you badminton enthusiasts who play at a more competitive level prefer the feather shuttlecocks over the plastic one. One of the main reason, for some group of people picking the plastic ones over the feather shuttlecocks. It’s probably because of the cost effectiveness.

Have you ever wonder how is it made? And how much work it is to create one shuttlecock?
